Free Returns
We offer free returns on all products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it hassle-free.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Return Process
- Contact our customer support team to initiate your return
- We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible)
- Ship the item back using the provided label
- Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In unused condition
- In original packaging when possible
- Free from pet hair, odors, or damage
